Sizing infoMeasurements, Sizing and Ratings Measurements Measurements are taken while the clothing is lying flat and are then doubled. Please pay close attention to the measurements as vintage clothing sizes run differently than modern day sizes. We do list an approximate modern day size for each garment. This size is a reference to what the garment fits like. Some garments may be pinned to the model or dress form during a photoshoot, so do not always look to the model to see how the garment will fit you. The measurements we give are not body measurements but the measurements of the garment. The measurements should be at least 2" larger than your actual body measurements. It is extremely important to know your measurements before purchasing one of our garments. The best way to guarantee a fit is to measure a similar item that fits you well and compare it to the measurements listed. Clothing Size Chart
